Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order id canceled successfully, you will get a full refund. We can not cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We cannot recall or pull a shipment after it's shipped. International postal carriers don't have this service. Again, if you request a refund before delivery, but after shipment, you must return it back to us in Hong Kong, before we can issue you a refund.

Exchanges

If you item was DOA or has a manufacturing detect, you can send it back for a replacement. Please DO NOT send the items back to the manufacturer without contacting us and obtaining an RMA.  Buyer is responsible for shipping back to our Hong Kong address.

Refunds

All sales are final. Please ask all question regarding the product before purchasing. 

If your RMA is approved, buyer will be responsible for shipping the unit back to us in Hong Kong.
